Discovery Process:
I had several meeting with managers of groups as well as some random associates to find out what is their needs, daily tasks and etc. Researched about business and analyzing. Discuss main factors to have on the platform with the owner.
Target Audiences:
- Theater associates.
- Managers.
- Sale staff.
- Decoration Group.
- Actors.
Customers need:
- Sale and manage Tickets.
- Be able to Manage Tasks for all of the associates.
- Managing Events and easy to access for everyone.
- Monitoring schedule and Punch in/out.
- Having Email services.
- Get access to Voice of Customers.
Prioritizing:
After discussion, we prioritize our targets for the first cycle.
- Must:
- Sale and manage Tickets.
- Be able to Manage Tasks for all of the associates.
- Should:
- Get access to Voice of Customers.
- Managing Events and easy to access for everyone.
- Could:
- Monitoring schedule and Punch in/out.
- Having Email services.
The Site Map
I created a site map and wireframes, including how things would scale from mobile to desktop. I designed the wireframes with a templated system to help content creators easily update the site with events, news and research. Sitemap and page access will be different depending on the user group.
